The Clash of the "titans" ? or David vs Goliath?
The polling results revealed on March 8th 2008 that the coalition of opposition parties in Malaysia comprising of PAS, Keadilan and DAP has succeeded in seizing control of 5 states of the total of 13 states in Malaysia. this has never happened before.
Good news:
Samy Vellu's "legacy" has FINALLY ended.
Nevertheless, the focus of political analysts were Penang. How did Gerakan lose every single seat they contested in Penang ? What was the cause or rather the causes?
Tan Sri Dr Koh lost by a staggering 10,000 votes to a newbie in Batu Kawan- How come?
It is clear then that the people no longer have faith in the government's competence and it is so obvious that a lot of non-Malays are infuriated with the keris unsheathing ceremony. Not only that, what suprised most of us was the fact that there is also a swing of Malay votes for PKR and PAS rather than for BN. Why is that so? And yet there are leaders in BN who place the blame on (quote)" other parties in BN ". Haven't these deaf people received the people's message? And please do not blame the downfall of BN on the incompetence of the government in handling our economy. The problem is not with economy but the filth in the mouths of many.
As I am updating my blog, I still hear people bullshitting on the TV3 Buletin Utama News. Quote: " Melayu yang undi untuk DAP tak bersemangat kebangsaan dan tidak patriotik". Apa ini? Malays too have the right of voting who they see as competent and the party that they believe can bring the nation forward. What are all these ?
I was at Youth Park working as a volunteer for 2008's Relay for Life. Even then, I had to return home although the relay was supposed to continue till tomorrow morning. Once the news of the fall of Penang to DAP was received, and due to the fear of another occurence of any " unrest" I had to call it a day. Its good to see RELA and police units on stand by at Youth Park, just in case....
Relay for Life 2008
It rained- not a good omen for BN. The sky turned red. A rocket zipped across the sky. Weird day? Nevertheless, the fight against cancer goes on, regardless of what the day may put upon us. We support the fight till the end although I supported the cause with RM 15 bucks and I was in charge of logistics. I arranged the chairs with all my heart and love and then I helped clean the tables. What a "feat"!!!! LOL!

You surely distinguish how to carry an issue to stumble and go-ahead it important. More people desperate straits to understand this and take cognizance of this side of the story.
